Talus Lodge is a fully catered and guided backcountry lodge just south of Mount Assiniboine in the Rockies. Transportation to the trailhead is provided from Canmore, Alberta by the lodge owners. Guests are required to hike with their personal gear on the 4 hour hike into and out from the lodge. The hiking is a bit rugged and many trails are fairly new with some challenges. You will find this area to be scenic and very rewarding.
